Why is my upload rejected?

Images must be JPG or PNG and 5MB or smaller. Larger files should be resized before upload.

Why did my job time out?

Public jobs may time out if the model is under heavy load. Retry once and double-check your connection.

Can I store results in my catalog?

You bet!. Use the "Save to Critterflow Catalog" option when running a public identify job.

Where do I report bugs?

Send a short description, the approximate time of the job, and any logs you can share.
